Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Rota & Clima, a web service that shows weather forecasts along road routes, offered by Phi Net Negocios ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you accept these Terms and enter into this agreement with us. You confirm that you are of legal age or have authority to bind the organization using the service.

1. The service

Rota & Clima calculates routes between an origin and a destination and displays estimated weather forecasts at points along the trip, storm alerts and refuelling points. Forecasts come from public third-party sources and are estimates — they must not be used as the sole basis for safety, navigation or operational decisions.

2. Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate, up-to-date information. You must not:

• use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
• infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
• interfere with the security of the service (malware, probing, intrusion attempts, automated scraping);
• resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service.

3. Intellectual property

The service, its software, interface, documentation and branding remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

We offer a 14-day free trial, no card required. After the trial, access depends on a recurring monthly Pro subscription (US$ 1.50/month), charged automatically until you cancel. On cancellation, access remains until the end of the period already paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations of our policies. You may close your account at any time on the "My account" page; when you do, your data is deleted.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the consumer's home jurisdiction where applicable.
