Privacy Policy

Phi Net Negocios acts as the data controller for personal data processed in Rota & Clima — that is, we decide how and why your data is used. Contact: contato@rotaclima.app.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email and login credentials — to create and maintain your account (performance of the contract).
• Service usage: origin, destination and departure time of the routes you request — to calculate and display the forecast (performance of the contract).
• Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, error logs — for security, fraud prevention and product improvement (legitimate interests).
• Support: messages you send us — to handle your request.
• Subscription status: plan identifiers and status received from the payment provider — to unlock paid access. We do not store card data.

Who we share data with

• Paddle.com, as Merchant of Record, for the sale, subscription management, payments, taxes and invoicing.
• Service providers: hosting and database (Supabase), application infrastructure (Lovable/Cloudflare) and weather/route data providers (Open-Meteo, MET Norway, OpenStreetMap), which receive coordinates only, with no personal identification.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, the profile, subscription records and associated usage data are deleted or anonymised, except what we must retain for legal or tax obligations.

Your rights

Under Brazilian LGPD (and the GDPR where applicable) you may request access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to the competent supervisory authority (ANPD in Brazil). We respond within 30 days at the email above. Account deletion is also available directly under "My account".

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted traffic (HTTPS), hashed passwords, per-user access control in the database and server keys restricted to the backend.

Cookies

We use only essential browser storage to keep your session signed in and to run checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this data in your browser settings, which will end your session.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Brazil, and outside the UK/EEA. In those cases the transfer takes place under appropriate contractual safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
