Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Rota & Clima subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request

Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email you purchased with, or write to contato@rotaclima.app and we will forward your request.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time under "Manage subscription" inside the app. Cancelling stops future charges and access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

After the guarantee period

After 30 days, we review refund requests case by case, including incorrect charges or prolonged service unavailability. See also the Paddle refund policy.
